6-Week Challenge

Since you have the knowledge to get started to losing weight.  You should be ready to take the 6-Week Challenge.  The 6-Week Challenge is a challenge for you.   The Challenge consists of eating right and exercising on a consistent basis. Each week you should exercise at least four days out of the week. Focus on some flat stomach excercises. By the end of the 6th week, you should see results that will keep you motivated and excited.  Take the challenge for your health, yourself and the people who love you.
