Causes Cancer
Causes belly building chemicals
Makes you fat
Trans fat does not exist in your body naturally. Your body has a hard time processing trans fat. Trans fat is added to a shocking number of foods, so many items that you thought were healthy probably has trans fat in it, therefore making it unhealthy. They appear on food labels as partially hydrogenated oil, usually vegetable or palm oil. . If you want to lose weight or continue to be healthy please avoid trans fat by every means possible.
Saturated Fat
Saturated fats are found in meat and dairy products that naturally occur. When saturated fat is consumed, it is normally stored as fat. There have been studies linking the amount of fat stored around your abdominal region to the amount of fat in your diet.
Saturated Fat plays an important role in the following conditions
Increases chances of some types of cancer
Increases chances of heart disease
You should not eliminate saturated fats entirely. You want to consume the low-fat and leaner versions of meat and dairy products, which may have saturated fats in it. You want the good benefit of one part of the food without the bad benefit of the other.
