Motivation
You will need motivation, discipline and consistency in order to lose weight and accomplish your goals. What you attempt to do is determined by your motivation. Once you decide to lose weight, you are motivated to lose weight. Discipline is not what you do to yourself but it is what you do for yourself. You cannot be disciplined unless you develop mental toughness.
Once you make your mind up to be disciplined with your eating and exercising, you are well on your way to losing weight. Consistency means doing things right the right way all the time. Following a good eating routine and exercise routine on a consistent basis will help you lose weight. Losing weight is simple, it is just having your mind made up to do it, which is the hard part. Remember everything in life is 90% mental and 10% physical.
