Personal Weight Loss Guide

As the author of this site, I wanted to share my personal guide to weight loss.  This is a proven guide that I have used to lose weight and to keep it off.  This information can be incorporated into your weight loss routine or you can follow my personal guide.  This is information that a personal trainer would charge tell you.  I have listed below: supplements you will need, a list of grocery, you should buy, a workout schedule, and an eating schedule. I am giving you this information for free to help you reach your weight loss goal.  So lets begin.

  1. Supplements

Protein – Recommend Optimum Nutrition Whey
Mult-vitamin – Recommend Optimum Nutrition Multi-Vitamin
Fat burner – Recommend Hydroxcut or lip-6 (Optional use for faster results)

  1. Groceries

Fat Free Milk by Land O Lakes
Tyson Frozen Chicken
Whiting Frozen Fish
Fat Free Turkey
Kraft Cheese
Organic Whole Wheat Bread by Nature Own
Natural Peanut Butter by More Naturally
South Beach Diet Meals
Star-Kist Tuna
Mixed Frozen Fruits by Dole
Bananas
Almonds or Trail Mix without the candy
Green Giant Vegetables
Egg Whites
Bottled Water – Aquafina

  1. Daily eating/workout schedule

5:30 AM Exercise: (strength training and cardio (30 mins))
8:30 AM Breakfast: protein shake with banana or other fruit
10:30 AM Morning snack: protein bar with banana or 2 cans of tuna with fruit or trail mix with fruit (drink water with meal)
12:30 PM Lunch:  grilled chicken and veggies or south beach diet meal
(Drink water with meal)
2:30 PM Afternoon snack: protein bar with banana or 2 cans of tuna with fruit or trail mix with fruit (drink water with meal)
4:30 PM Afternoon snack:  protein shake with fat free milk and fruit
6:30 PM Dinner: grilled chicken and veggies or grilled fish and veggies or grilled chicken and egg whites and veggies (drink water with meal)

Note: For faster results, include another session of cardio in the afternoon
