Why you might be fat?
This means you can eat small amounts of food and your body doesn’t burn it off quickly. Since it doesn’t burn it off quickly, it turns into fat. If your metabolism was high you eat a large amounts of food, burn it off quickly and it would not turn to fat. There are certain organs and glands in the body that regulate how your body burns food for fuel and how it converts food into fats. These include the thyroid, pancreas, liver, stomach, small and large intestines, and colon. The reason you have a low metabolism could be that one of these organs are not working to it optimal performance which could be caused by what you put in your body. Eat right and smart for optimal body functions.
Over eating
Over eating is caused by stress or emotional eating or physiological food cravings. Stress or emotional eating is caused by stress or emotional issues. Food cravings can be caused through toxins you put in your body.
Large appetite
Many overweight people have a large appetite. Overweight people normally find themselves physically hungry a lot of the time. The hunger is generally caused by the body’s inability to break down nutrients due to a lack of digestive enzymes and candida yeast overgrowth. Another reason for being hungry a lot is that certain food additives actually increase your hungry. Be aware of what is in the food you eat.
Hormonal imbalances
Excess toxins in the body or lack of walking generally cause hormonal imbalances. Statistics have shown that there is a high probability that your body is secreting too much of certain hormones and not enough of others.
Eating large portions
Most restaurants now serve large portions meals that cause you too eat large portions. Eating larger portions can be caused by larger appetite, inability to assimilate nutrients, physiological cravings, and emotion and stress issues. The food industry has increased the size of their portions. Be aware of eating large portions.
Diet foods
Most diet foods make you fat. These foods have artificial sweeteners, high amount of sugars, or chemical additives that actually make you fatter. This is a dirty little secret the food industry does not want you to know.
Highly toxic
When you are highly toxic, your body tries to dilute those toxins. Your body retains water and increases the fat stored in an attempt to dilute the poisons. Toxins lodge in the colon and fat cells in your body. This is why it best to cleanse your body yearly with a colon cleanser.
Eating before bed
Your metabolism slows dramatically when you sleep. Eating late does not give your body a chance to burn the food and converts it to fat easier.
Growth hormones in foods
Meat and dairy supply is loaded with growth hormones. These hormones are given to animal to speed up their growth. When you are consuming the products with growth hormones, you are giving yourself massive amounts of growth hormones.
Seeing themselves as fat
If you see yourself as fat, then you will continue to think of yourself as fat. Over weight people constantly think about their weight. Once you make up your mind to lose weight then you will need to stop seeing yourself as over weight.
